#Grassroots Football Awards – nominating U18’s

England Football would be delighted to receive nominations for U18s that have really made a difference. To do this you must:

• 1. speak with the parent/carer and get their permission to nominate their child (as long as the child is in agreement)
• 2. have confirmation from the parent/carer that they have spoken with their child and that they are happy to be nominated
• 3. have your parent/carers permission, if you are U18 and nominating yourself and provide your parent/carers name and contact details.
